Oats kesari

250g – oats
2 tbsp – fine sooji/rawa
120g – ghee
200(250)g – sugar
150ml – milk
1/2 tbsp – chironji
1 tbsp – cashew nuts bits, fried along with dried grapes in 1/2 tsp of ghee
2 tsp – dry grapes
1/4 tsp – saffron colour dissolved in a spoon of milk
1/2 tsp – cardamom powder
Directions
In 1/2 tsp og ghee fry the sooji and remove from heat.
In the same pan fry the oats in 1 tsp of ghee, remove and make a coarse powder in mixer; keep aside.
Boil milk with 250 ml of water, add oats powder and sooji, next add sugar, stir continuously.
Add sugar, stirring well.
Add ghee slowly while stirring to form a non-sticky mass.
Lastly add the cardamom power and nuts mixing well.
