Oats thidhyonam

3 1/2 tsp – oats
1/2 – red chilli
1 – green chilli
1/4 inch ginger, grated
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
100ml butter milk
Salt to taste
200 ml water
To temper:
1/2 tsp – mustard, uraid dal, asafoetida
Directions
In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Stir in urad dal, red chillies and asafoetida, cook for few seconds.
Stir in ginger, green chilli and chopped curry leaves
Add oats and water
Then add salt and cook until oats is done.
