Oats upma

1 cup – oats
1/2 cup – mixed vegetables finely chopped (onion , beans ,carrot, capsicum, cabbage)
1 tsp – mustard seeds
1/4 tsp – channa dal/Bengal gram
1/4 tsp – urad dal/black gram
1&1/2 tsp – oil
Salt and pepper powder to taste
2 cups – water
Directions
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and allow spluttering.
Add channa dal and urad dal and fry until brown.
Add finely chopped vegetables and stir for 30 seconds.
Add one cup oats and stir again for 30 seconds, then add required salt and pepper powder.
Add 2 cups of water and stir
Cook on a low heat for 3 minutes.
