4 – eggs
1/4 cup – cottage cheese (paneer)
2 tsp – oil
1/4 cup – onion
1/2 cup – tomato
1/4 cup – yellow and red peppers
3 – green chillies
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk eggs together
Heat oil in a pan and pour in eggs
Add the grated paneer on top of the eggs along with onion, tomato and peppers.
After one side turns golden, add the chillies and salt.
Turnover and cook for 2 minutes.
