Onion rice

2 cup cooked rice
1 onion sliced
2 tblsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 green chilli chopped
2 tsp chopped garlic
Salt and pepper powder to taste
1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
2 tsp juice of lime
Directions
In a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, and green chillies and let it splutter.
Now add the garlic and fry until it becomes golden brown.
Now put in the sliced onions and sauté until they are golden in colour.
Add the salt and pepper powder, stir in the rice and mixing well.
Remove from the stove and mix the lime juice well with the rice.
