Palak Moong

1 cup – split green moong daal
One bunch palak
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp – cumin seed
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
4 to 5 – whole red chilli
1 cup – coriander leaves
1 tsp – oil for seasoning
Directions
Clean the dal, coriander leaves and palak boil them together.
While boiling add salt and turmeric powder
Cook for 30 minutes.
Once cooked just mash it lightly
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a kadhai; put in cumin seeds
When they start crackling put in the whole red chillies and mix in the dal and palak.
