Peas Curry with a Twist

2 cups – green peas
4 – medium onions, finely chopped
2 tsp – oil
2 tsp – chilli powder
a pinch – turmeric powder
salt to taste
half a bunch – pudina or mint leaves, finely chopped
Directions
Boil peas until cooked.
Heat oil and add the peas.
Fry the peas for a minute.
Then add the chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
Take it out of the pan.
To serve:
On a chapathi, spread a layer peas masala.
Then add the finely chopped onions and mint leaves on top of that.
Roll it up in the chapathi
