2 teacups cauliflower, grated
1 tsp jeera
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Heat the oil and sauté the jeera until they crackle.
Put the onion, green chillies and ginger and sauté for further 1/2 minute.
Put the cauliflower and salt. Sprinkle a little water and cook until three quarters cooked.
Put the coriander and stir well.
