4 cups cooked rice
1 cup mint leaves
1 tsp black pepper corns
1 dry red chilli
1 green chilli
4 tbsp ghee or oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 onion chopped
salt to taste
Directions
In a tsp of oil roast pepper corns and red chilli
Grind these with mint leaves and green chillies.
Heat ghee or oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds.
Once they splutter, add cumin seeds.
Once they splutter, add onion.
Add the mint paste once the onions have turnt alight brown and fry for a minute.
Add the rice and salt.
Mix well and remove from heat
