Puffed Rice Snack

2 cups – puffed rice
3 – green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp – groundnuts
1 tsp – turmeric powder
Curry leaves
3 garlic, crushed
4 tbsp – oil
Directions
Heat oil in a kadai and add groundnuts, green chillies, garlic, curry leaves.
Sauté for 1 minute and add salt and turmeric powder.
Add puffed rice and sauté for about 3 minutes until it becomes crisp.
