Pulao

100 gms – mixed vegetablecarrot peas french beans potato
1 tbsp – kasuri methi
150 g – basmati rice
1 tsp – cumin seeds
1 tsp – whole masala (black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves)
1 – onion
1- tomato
1 tsp – red chilli powder
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
1 tsp – coriander powder
3 tbsp – butter
Salt to taste
1 cup – coriander leaves
1 tbsp – cream
Directions
Heat butter in a large pan on a low heat, add cumin seeds and whole masala stirring well
Then add chopped onion.
Once they brown add tomatoes
When the tomatoes are done, add salt, spices, vegetables and kasuri methi mixing well.
Add rice and mix well; add 3 cups of water and cook until rice is done
