Radish paratha

For the stuffing:
1 – bunch leaves of radish
2 tbsp – besan
1 – onion
1 -large tomato
Salt as per taste
1 1/2 tbsp – coriander-jeera powder
Oil for cooking
For the dough:
250g – wheat flour
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp – oil
Directions
The stuffing
Wash and cut the radish leaves into small pieces.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and roast the besan for 5 minutes and keep aside.
Again, heat the oil in the pan add chopped onion
When the onion turns red, add the chopped tomato, add salt and spices
Once it starts bubbling, add the cut leaves of radish and cook until it is dry
Add the roasted besan and mix well
The dough
Knead wheat flour along with salt and oil
Make small balls; take 1 ball, roll out into small round shapes
Put in the stuffing, close it and roll out into big parathas
Heat 1 tsp oil on a tava, cook the paratha on both sides
