Raisin chutney

300g – raisins
10 – rashmiri red chilli whole
70ml – vinegar
25g – Panchphoran
50g – jaggery
Salt to taste
30 ml – oil
15g – garlic
Directions
Overnight soak the raisin and Kashmiri red chilli in vinegar.
Make a paste.
In a pan heat oil, add Panchphoran, garlic. Sauté for some time.
Add the raisin paste and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix in melted jaggery and mix well.
Remove from the heat
