Raita

1 cup of Yogurt
Salt (according to taste)
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (Kali Mirch)
1 tsp. cumin seeds (Zeera) powder or crushed
1 tsp. garlic (Lehsan) chutney
1/4 tsp. cumin seeds (Zeera)
Salt (according to taste)
1 green chili
1 cup yogurt
2 green chilies
1/2 mint (Podina) leaves
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (Zeera) powder
Salt according to taste
Khera/kakri ka Raita
Add to 3 above
1 grated cucumber or kakri
Loki ka Raita
Add to 3 above
1 grated loki
Method
In a large bowl add all the ingredients apart from the grated loki. Mix well until you have a creamy consistency.
Grate unseed loki, put in hot water for a minute. Drain the water and squeeze by hand add it.
