Rava dosai

1/2 cup of rava
1 cup of rice powder
1 cup of maida (all purpose flour)
6 green chilli
1/2-inch ginger
1/2 grated coconut
1 finely chopped onion
Salt to taste
Directions
Mix all three flours in a bowl with enough water
Keep aside for 8 hours for fermentation.
Grind ginger and chillies to a coarse paste.
Add this paste, salt and grated coconut to the batter and little more water.
On hot tava, pour out the batter add 1-2 tsp. of oil on dosai.
Turn to cook the other side only for 1 minute
