Red Capsicum Soup

2/3 cup – milk
1 – red capsicum
2 – tomatoes diced
1 – bay leaf
2 clove – garlic
1 tbsp – cornflour
salt to taste
1/2 tsp – pepper powder
Directions
Pierce capsicum with a fork and roast on an open flame until skin is charred.
Allow to cool.
In a pan add 250ml of water, diced tomatoes, bay leafs and garlic. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Blend tomatoes and capsicum to make a smooth paste.
Mix corn flour and milk in a pan.
Add the vegetable paste and salt, stir well, boil until you have desired consistency.
