Rice Bhakri

3/4 cup raw rice
3/4 cup par boiled rice
2 cups grated coconut
salt to taste
Directions
Together soak both rice’s for 6 hours.
Drain away the water.
Add grated coconut to rice and grind to a soft paste like dough.
Heat a dosa tawa.
Lower the flame.
Dip your hand in a bowl of water and lift out a handful of dough.
Drop it on the tawa, and with moist fingers, flatten the dough to about 1 cm thick disc
Pour some oil or ghee all round it and cook on moderate heat.
When the underside is cooked, turn the bhakri over.
Add some more ghee or oil and cook the other side.
