Rich salad

1 cup – mixed vegetables (carrot, onion, radish, tomatoes, capsicum)
1 cup – mixed sprouted beans
1 cup – mixed fruits
1 cup – mixed dry fruits cashewnuts, almonds, raisins and pista
1 cup – mixture of coriander, mint, spring onion leaves
2 tsp – lemon juice
2 tsp – chaat masala
Directions
In a large bowl mix all the vegetables, sprouted beans, fruits and dry fruits together.
Mix in lemon juice and chaat masala
Sprinkle with coriander leaves, mint leaves and spring onion leaves
