Sambar Idly

4 cups Idly batter
1/2 cup toor dal
1/2 cup yellow pumkin
3 onion
4 tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric
Little hing
4 spoons tamarind pulp
coriander and curry leaves
2 tsp ghee
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 spoons oil
Fry and powder:
5 redchilli
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp channadal
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp methi seeds
1 tbls dry coconut powder
Directions
Make idly as usual.
In a pressure cooker, cook dal with turmeric and yellow pumkin.
Cut onion and tomato into small pieces.
In a pan add oil, add mustard and urad dal, fry onion and tomato one by one, add tamarind pulp, salt and tamarind water, add curry leaves and hing.
Boil it for 10 minutes, add cooked dal, sambar powder,salt, water,and boil it for 10 minutes.
Take a plate keep idly and pour the sambar and add ghee.
