Sambar masala

3 tsp – whole dhaniya
1/2 tsp – jeera
1/2 tsp – methi seeds
7-8 dry red chillies
1 tsp – chana dal
12 – curry leaves
Directions
On a low heat dry roast all the ingredients apart from the curry leaves.
Remove and allow to cool.
Once cooled put them along with the curry leaves in a mixer and make a fine powder.
Remove and store in an airtight container.
