Samosa

1/2 Kg minced beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
1/2 tsp. chilli (Lal Mirch) powder
4-5 green chillies chopped
2 onion coarsely sliced
1 cup fresh coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
Ready-made samosa strips
Method
On a low heat place the meat in a pot stirring continuously to prevent burning, add the salt, pepper and haldi. Once it has browned add the green chilli,onion and dhaniya, keep stirring and cook for 5 minutes.
Lay out the ready made samosa strips and fill with the meat mixture. Seal the edges and deep fry until golden brown.
