1 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 bunch mint leaves
2 green chillies
2 tbsp lightly roasted sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic
1/2 inch piece ginger
1 small onion chopped
Salt to taste
Fresh lime squeeze to taste
1 tsp tamarind soaked in hot water
Grind very fine in a blender. Add a little water and lime juice during the grinding process.
Great for sandwiches and accompaniments for samosas and batata vadas.
