Sesame Seed Rice

4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup white sesame seeds
1 cup grated coconut
4 tbsp ghee or oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
4 dry red chillies broken into pieces
2 tsp black gram (urad) dal
2 tsp pea nuts
salt to taste
Directions
In a kadia roast sesame seeds until they pop.
Allow to cool and powder.
Mix coconut with sesame seed powder and sprinkle over the cooked rice.
In a kadia Heat ghee or oil
Add mustard seeds.
Once they pop, add black gram dal and peanuts.
When they turn golden brown, add chillies.
Fry for few seconds.
Add the rice and salt to taste. Mix well.
Cover and leave on a low heat for 5 minutes.
