Shrimps Salan

1/2 Kg. shrimps (de-veined)
1 onion chopped
1/3 tsp. salt (according to taste)
1 tsp chilli (Lal Mirch) powder
1/2 tsp turmeric (Haldi) powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 pinch of dried fenugreek (Methi) Leaves
2 tbs. yogurt
1 tomato
2-3 whole green chillies
2-3 tbs. oil
Method
In a pan on a low heat sauté the onions in a little oil until it is soft. Add the tomatoes, spices and the yoghurt mixing really well.
Place the shrimps into the pan, if needed you can add a little water.
Cook for 15 minutes.
