Simple potato fry

Potato – 1/4 kg
chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
refined oil – as required
salt to taste
chana dhal – 2 tablespoons
Directions
Wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces and keep aside.
Pour oil into a shallow pan and heat.
Add some mustard and add channa dhal, fry until light brown then add the chilli powder mixing well.
Add the potatoes.
Once the potatoes are half done add salt, fry until crisp
