2 tbsp white sesame seed
2 tbsp poppy seeds
4 tsp fried gram (tamil: pottu kadalai)
Fried coconut powder/fry grated coconut
6 tsp sugar
10 cashews
1/4 tbs cardamom powder
Directions
Separately fry sesame seed and poppy seed until they become light grown.
Apart from the egg roll mix all ingredients and powder it using a mixer.
Take one sheet egg roll wrapper cut a big circle shape using a circular lid (cut as big as you can)
Put 2 to 3 spoons of mixed stuffing in the middle of the cut circle
Close it as semi circle; stick the ends with a paste of maida and water
Making sure the stuffing deep fry the stuffed semi-circles
