Sooji ka cheela

2 cups – rawa
1 cup – yoghurt
1/2 cup – water
Chopped vegetables (onion, tomato,capsicum)
1 – grated carrot
1/2 bowl – peas
Coriander
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl mix rawa, curd and water.
Leave it to one side to fermentation for an hour.
Once fermentation add all the vegetables and coriander. Mix properly.
Now add salt and pepper according to the taste.
Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread a little butter/oil.
Carefully spread the mixture over the tawa.
Once cooked properly, turn over and let it get crisp.
