Soya Kabab

1 cup – soya granules
1 cup – channa dal
1 cup – bread crumbs
1 cup – chopped dhania leaves
1/2 cup – mint leaves
2 tsp – ginger garlic paste
1 – onion chopped
4 – green chillies chopped
1 tsp – garam masala
oil for frying
Directions
In cold water soak channa dal & soya granules for 1 hour.
Drain and wash channa dal
Cook with the entire remaining ingredient, in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles and 10 minutes on simmer.
Dry up any water that is left.
Grind mixture to a coarse paste.
Make tikkis and shallow fry.
