String beans sundried crispies

600g – string beans or cluster beans (select beans which are not tender and usually we do not use them for curries)
Salt
Oil
A pinch of red chilli powder
Directions
Remove fibrous portion and cut the beans into two.
In a large pan add water and salt. Boil the beans until the water has evaporated and the beans are tender.
Spread them on a clean plastic sheet and put them under the sun to dry for a few days.
Fry in hot oil till crisp.
Sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder and toss.
