Stuffed mirchi

260g – long green capsicum
2 tbsp – roasted peanut powder
2 tbsp – grated fresh nariyal
Salt as per taste
3 tsp – chaat masala
Oil for cooking
100g – curd
Directions
Slit the mirchi from side and remove the seeds
In a pan heat oil roast together the peanut powder, nariyal and salt
Once done stuff the mirchi with this
In another pan heat oil when the oil is heated switch off the heat and put in the stuff mirchi and cover with lid
When done place on a plate and sprinkle curd and chaat massala
