Sujji Ka Halva

3 tbs. semolina (Suji)
2 tbs. oil
4 tbs. sugar
1/2 cup water
4 green cardamom (Chhoti Ilaichi)
yellow food colour (optional)
Method
In a pot on a low heat put the oil along with the suji and ilaichi, fry stirring well until lightl brown.
Mix the sugar and water together to make syrup. Add the food colour if using.
Add the syrup to the suji and ilaichi and keep cooking on a low heat until you get the consistency you desire.
