400 g – gram flour
50 g – rawa
200 g – ghee, roasted
100 g – khoya
350 g – powdered sugar
2 tsp – raisins
20 – almonds
Directions
In a flat pan heat ghee.
Add gram flour and keep roasting on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add rawa and roast for a further 5 minutes.
Add khoya. Remove the pan from heat.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Then add cardamom powder, almonds & raisins. Mix well.
Divide in to small portions and roll into round balls.
