Sundal

1 cup black channa
Soaked overnight and pressure cooked
1/2 coconut, grated
3 green chillies
Salt to taste
For tempering:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dal
2 dry red chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp til oil
Directions
Together crush the coconut and green chillies.
In a pan heat oil and fry mustard seeds.
Add urad dal and red chillies stirring well.
Add curry leaves, and then the cooked channa, salt and a little channa stock.
Once the stock has dries up, add the crushed coconut, stir for a few minutes.
