Tomato corn bharta

1 cup – boiled sweet corn
250 gms – sweet big tomatoes
1 – onion
1/2 tsp – cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
1/4 tsp – red chilli powder
1/4 tsp – coriander powder
1/4 tsp – garlic ginger paste
A pinch of sugar
1 cup – coriander & mint leaves
1 tsp – oil

Directions
In a pan of water boil the corn add some turmeric powder and salt.
In another pan heat 1 tsp. of oil and add in cumin seeds
Once the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger garlic paste then add onions.
Fry until it turns golden.
Add all the masalas.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, and add, mash it like bhartha, cover it and let it cook.
Add the boiled corn. Sprinkle with coriander mint leaves
