Tomato Sambar

2 onion
4 tomatoes
1 cup toor dhal boiled

To Grind:
1 tsp cumin
4 red chilli
2 tsp coconut
12 cashew nuts

For Seasoning:
mustard
curry leaves

Directions
Season the curry leaves and mustard.
Fry onion until golden brown.
Fry tomatoes for 3 minutes.
Then add the grinded mixture and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the mashed toor dhal and required amount of water for sambar.
boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
