Tri colour Dosa

4 cups – raw rice
1 cup – urad dal
2 tsp – fenugreek seeds
2 tsp – salt
oil as required
Directions
Clean and soak rice and dal separately for 5 hours
Separately grind rice and dal using required quantity of water.
Mix rice, dal and salt to form a thick batter.
Leave overnight to fermentation.
In the morning, stir this mixture well.
Pour one ladleful of batter on a heated non-stick tava.
Cook until one side turns a light brown.
Flip on the other side repeat.
