1 1/4 cup sugar
5-7 green cardamom (Chhoti ilaichi) – seeds
1 cup ghee (not oil)
dry fruits – pistachio (Pistay), almond (Badam), raisins (Kishmish)
In a pot on a low heat mix all the ingredients continually stirring until the mixture is a light brown and dry.
Place onto a plate, flatten into a 1 inch layer.
Allow to cool before cutting into small pieces.
