Vegetarian leg piece

12 pcs – bread
1 cup – maida
1 pinch – food colour
2 tbsp – oil
1 cup – black gram (soaked overnight)
260 g – boiled potatoes (peeled & mashed)
green chillies (chopped)
1/2 cup – green coriander (chopped)
1 – cinnamon stick
6 – cloves
4 – small cardmom
2 – big cardmom
2 – onions (chopped)
2 tbsp – jeera
2 tbsp – salt
1 tbsp – red chilli powder
2 tbsp – jeera powder
2 tbsp – dried mango powder
2 tbsp – chaat masala
2 tbsp – garlic & ginger paste
1tsp – garam masala for sprinkling in layers

Directions
Boil the black gram with salt until tender, mix it with boiled potatoes.
Add all ingredients (except whole spices, bread & maida paste).
Crush all the whole spices.
Take the oil in a vassel, put all crushed spices, then add chopped onion, fry it till golden brown
Add ginger garlic paste, add potato & chana dough in it & mix well.
Shape the dough with the help of palm like an oval leg piece.
Soak the bread in the water; squeeze it & cover the piece with it.
Hold it very carefully & coat it in maida mixture
Deep fry it until golden brown.
