White pumpkin kesaria murabba

250g – pumpkin cubes
1/2 cup – sugar
4 cups – water
few strands of saffron
1tsp – cardamom powder
Directions
Prick the pumpkin cubes with a fork.
Blanch the pumpkin cubes in water and drain.
In a pan dissolve sugar in water and boil.
Cook until sugar dissolves.
Add the pumpkin cubes.
Add saffron and cardamom powder.
Keep cooking until sugar syrup is thick.
Leave it for a day
Once again cook to absorb the syrup.
Cool and place in air tight container
